Cervical Intervertebral Fusion Implant for Spinal Disk Replacement in Dogs
C-LOX is a spinal disk replacement implant for the cervical spine of dogs. This intervertebral anchored fusion spacer can be used for the treatment of Canine Cervical Spondylomyelopathy (Wobbler Syndrome) and provides a valuable alternative to the more complicated distraction-fusion techniques. C-LOX was developed by RITA LEIBINGER in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Frank Forterre of Bern University (Switzerland).
C-LOX is the optimal choice when replacing a cervical spinal disc and requiring fusion of adjacent vertebrae.
High Stability
C-LOX is a distraction fixation system that distracts the two vertebrae to relieve pressure from the spinal cord. Developed to combine the benefits of an intervertebral spacer, rigid titanium plate, and locking screw fixation, the C-LOX Cages not only preserve the natural anatomic profile of the spine, but also
provide great stability as well as convenience in placement and fixation.

With minimal adverse reactions or rejections, Titanium reduces the risk of infection and inflammation. Its hypoallergenic properties make it a safe choice, reducing the likelihood of allergic responses. The unique Titanium Alloy also makes our implants and screws very durable but lightweight.

The dodecahedron construct of the cage provides a larger surface area for bone growth, which improves osseointegration and cell attachment, therefore promoting bone growth and reducing implant failure rates.
Stardrive Titanium Screws
All of our locking screwheads are stardrive, which allows for better tightening torque than hexagonal screwheads. This not only enhances precision but also provides unparalleled stability during surgical procedures.
And here's the best part: Our screwdriver shafts eliminate the need for separate Holding Sleeves. With a self-holding design, they effortlessly keep screws firmly in place, streamlining the surgical process for a hassle-free experience.
