3D HIP Order

Please note: By submitting a 3D HIP order, you confirm your intention to proceed with the implant design, production, and delivery, subject to the outcome of the patient suitability assessment.

If you are still unsure about the patient’s suitability, please let us know in the comments section of the order form. The case will then undergo a suitability assessment. If the patient is found to be suitable, we will ask you to reconfirm the order before proceeding with the implant design.

Once implant design or production work has begun, cancellation charges may apply based on the work already completed at the time of cancellation.
